About Courtney

Courtney is a seasoned financial executive with over 18 years of leadership experience spanning the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Her career includes executive roles at Travel & Leisure (formerly Wyndham Destinations), where she led a team of over 40 professionals responsible for analysis and management of a $3 billion loan portfolio, and at multiple nonprofit organizations where she drove strategic turnarounds and operational improvements.

As a former Vice President of Finance at Travel & Leisure, Executive Director at Island Health (formerly Island Hospital) Foundation and Sunrise Children’s Foundation, and President of Alldata, Courtney is known for her ability to guide organizations through complex challenges and transitions with focus, efficiency, and integrity.

Having returned to Anacortes in 2020, Courtney remains deeply involved in her community, serving as President of the Anacortes Public Library Board and actively engaging in local initiatives, including serving as the President of The Holding Space Birth and Wellness Cooperative and completing the Anacortes Police Department’s Citizen Academy. She holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a graduate of the Thayer Leadership Development program at the United States Military Academy (West Point).

After stepping away from her corporate career to focus on raising her daughter, Courtney is excited to continue applying her leadership skills to impactful work. She and her husband, Chad, live just nine blocks from her parents, and feel fortunate to be raising their daughter, Collins, in this beautiful town.
